This draft policy explains what information AIBAO Studio may collect and how it should be used.

When you generate images, the service may store uploaded image references, generated image references, job status, stage status, and billing records.
We use account information to log you in, show your history, manage credits, and connect your account to Stripe billing.
We use image job information to process images, show progress, save history, handle retries, and support billing checks.
Payments are handled by Stripe. AIBAO Studio should not store card numbers or card security codes.
We may store Stripe customer, subscription, event, and payment references so we can match payments to credits and support billing issues.
Image processing may use internal helper services, queue workers, storage services, and approved AI or image processing providers.
We should not sell personal data. Any production data sharing should be limited to what is needed to run the service.
We should protect secrets, credentials, logs, uploaded files, and generated files. Access to admin tools should be limited and audited.
No online service can be fully risk-free, so users should avoid uploading sensitive documents or private images.
