Refund Policy

This draft policy explains how subscription and credit refund requests should be handled.

Monthly Subscription

Monthly subscription payments provide monthly credits for the current billing period. Unused monthly credits do not carry forward.

If a user cancels, access should continue until the paid billing period ends, unless the account is blocked for misuse.

Pay Per Use Credits

Pay per use credits can carry forward and stay in the account until they are used.

Refunds for unused pay per use credits may be reviewed case by case, based on payment status, account activity, and local rules.

Failed Image Jobs

If an image job fails before a downloadable result is created, reserved credits should be released back to the account.

System retries for the same failed job should not charge extra credits.

Stripe Payments

Stripe is the payment processor. Refunds, invoices, and card handling may also depend on Stripe records and rules.

Approved refunds should be recorded in the billing ledger so the account credit history stays clear.

For refund questions, contact support with your account email, job ID if relevant, payment date, and a short reason for the request.
