What to Include

For account help, include your account email and a short description of the issue.

For image job help, include the job ID, the time you clicked Generate, and what you expected to happen.

Billing Help

For subscription, refund, or top-up issues, include your account email, payment date, and the Stripe invoice or receipt reference if you have it.

Do not send card numbers, card security codes, passwords, or private credentials in a support request.

Image Safety

Do not upload identity documents, medical documents, legal documents, unsafe minor-related content, or images you do not own or have permission to use.

If an output looks unsafe or wrong, stop using it and report the job ID for review.

Response Time

Support response times are not final yet. Before public launch, this page should list the real contact email, support hours, and expected response time.
