These draft terms explain how users may use AIBAO Studio and the image generation service.
Draft page. Last updated: July 4, 2026AIBAO Studio helps users upload product images and create edited product images. You must use the service only for lawful purposes.
You must not upload images that are illegal, abusive, hateful, violent, sexual, unsafe for minors, or that you do not have rights to use.
You are responsible for the activity on your account. Keep your login details private and tell us if you think your account has been used without permission.
We may limit or stop access if the account is used in a way that can harm the service, other users, or the image processing systems.
Generated images may not always be perfect. You should review each output before using it in a shop, advertisement, or public post.
The service may fail, retry, or produce an output that needs manual checking. We do not promise that every generated image will be fit for every business use.
Credits are used for image generation. Monthly credits refresh each month and do not carry forward. Pay per use credits can carry forward until they are used.
Credits are reserved before image processing and finalized only when a downloadable result is created. Failed jobs should release unused reserved credits.
We may update these terms as the product changes. If the change is important, we should give users a clear notice before it affects them.
